What kind of products do you sell?
All products on this shop are carefully designed by Michelle Carlslund in Copenhagen, Denmark. We offer posters, frames, cards, tote bags and notebooks made from organic and eco-friendly materials. All products are made in Europe.
Who runs the store?
Michellecarlslund.com belongs to Michelle Carlslund herself. The HQ is based in downtown Copenhagen, Denmark and the web shop orders are shipped from Michelle’s parents house where the lower floor serves as warehouse filled with illustrated goods. All products are packed and shipped with care by Michelle’s mother, Britt.

How do I place an order at michellecarlslund.com?
1:Choose the category and the products that you are interested in. Choose the amount and, if applicable, the variation. Push the Add to Cart button and the product will automatically be added to your shopping cart. 2: On the top right corner of the page, you can click the cart icon to see the total cost of your products in the shopping cart. If you would like to see your shopping cart, click the “your cart” below the card overview. 3: Once you have added all your products to the shopping cart, click the “your cart” button. If you would like to delete or change the quantity of products you can use the Remove or Change/Add button respectively. After that, click the “Update Cart” button. When you have done this click the “Place your order” button. If you wish to add a note to us you can do so on this page in the bottom field. 4: In the first step of the checkout process, start with stating your name, shipping address, email address and telephone number (for the delivery service). The shipping rate will be calculated in accordance to your order items and country. Ensure that your personal information is correct before you click the “Continue to payment method”. In the final step of the checkout process, you will receive your Order Confirmation and your Order Number. This information will also be sent to the email address that you have provided.
What methods of payment does michellecarlslund.com accept?
Michellecarlslund.com offers several payment alternatives. We accept payments by PayPal and Danish and foreign credit cards.
Is it secure to order online at michellecarlslund.com?
Yes, to protect you as a customer we use Nets and Quickpay as our payment service provider. The credit card information that you submit to michellecarlslund.com will only be handled by our payment service provider. We will never ask you to provide this information by e-mail.
How do I determine the shipping cost for my order?
The shipping cost for your order is calculated in the first step of the checkout process after you have chosen the destination country. You can see more info about shipping further down this page.
How long is the delivery time from michellecarlslund.com?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours on working days. Depending on your country the duration of delivery varies. We offer different delivery options, depending on the country of destination. In Denmark delivery with Post Danmark or GLS is usually 1-3 days. For other countries the delivery time is usually 3-10 days.
What are the shipping rates?

Can I exchange or return my purchase if I do not like it?
Yes, you can return your order 14 days after the order is placed. Fill in the form under "contact" if you wish to return your order. We also give the money back on items not on sale. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer.
What do I do if my delivery is damaged when I receive it?
Please contact our customer by filling the form under "contact" so that we are able to protect our right to satisfy claims against the transportation company. Damages are to be reported immediately after your notice, though no later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.
The checkout says that you do not ship to my country – what do I do?
We ship to most countries in the world. If you get a message that we don’t ship to yours please write us by filling in the form under "contact" and we will have a look at it.
