We sell a selection of different products for your home and kidsroom. All products are designed by me, Michelle Carlslund.

Michellecarlslund.com belongs to me, Michelle Carlslund. The HQ is based in our home in Vesterbro Copenhagen, Denmark and the web shop orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Roskilde, Denmark where every product is carefully wrapped and packed before it is delivered to you.

Being a one-woman-company you will at most times be answered personally by me when you contact customer service. Please just fill in the form under our “Contact” page or send an email. We will be happy to help or just listen if you have any feedback on the shop – good or bad!

Add the items you want to your cart. When you proceed to checkout you will automatically be guided through the buying process step by step until your order is completed. You will receive an email afterwards with an order confirmation.

In the shop you can chose between several payment alternatives. We accept payments by PayPal and Danish and foreign credit cards and MobilePay.

Yes, it definitely is. We use Nets ans Quickpay as our payment providers and the credit card information that you submit at checkout will only be handled by them.

Depending on the destination country we use a selection of the most trusted shipping companies. In Denmark all orders are shipped with Post Nord. All orders are trackable and we will send the tracking number as soon as we are ready to ship your order.

Delivery in Denmark: Delivery to the nearest Pakke Shop: 0 DKK // Delivery to a business address: 19 DKK</p> <p>// Delivery to a private address: 29 DKK</p> <p>// When you enter your address upon check out our system will automatically pick the Pakke Shop closest to the address, if you chose this delivery option. Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world: The total weight and dimensions of your order will determine the shipping cost at check out. I try to keep the shipping cost as low as possible to be able to supply illustrated goods all around the globe, so I hope that you will not be disappointed by the cost!

Yes, you can return your order 14 days after the order is placed. Fill in the form under ``contact`` if you wish to return your order. We also give the money back on items not on sale. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer.
