SHIPPING:
Denmark 1-3 days.
Delivery to the nearest “Pakkeboks”: 0 DKK
Delivery to a business address: 19 DKK
Delivery to a private address: 29 DKK

Europe 2-5 days.
Depending on the weight and dimensions of your package the shipping cost will vary. Deliveries to Europe will never be more than 8 € though.

The rest of the world: 2-7 days.
Depending on the weight and dimensions of your package the shipping cost will vary. It is really important to me to be able to offer affordable shipping to the entire world, so I hope you will not be disappointed when you hit check out! ????

Your order will be carefully wrapped and packed at our warehouse in Roskilde, Denmark. You will receive an email with an order confirmation when we received your order and an email with tracking information once the order is ready to ship.

RETURNS:
You are welcome to return your order. Return of your order must happen no later than 2 weeks after delivery. The product must be in original packaging and in same condition as when you received it. The costumer pays for shipping. Please send an email to hello@michellecarlslund.com to let me know that your order is being returned. Attach your receipt. There is 2 years warranty.
