Micro Bakery – Det Høje Brød

One day in the spring of ’23, I received a message on Messenger from an old friend from my primary school days. His name is Troels. Troels has moved back to our shared childhood town, Gilleleje, and has opened a micro-bakery. It’s located in the quaint old station building, and Troels bakes the most delicious bread there. He uses only organic ingredients and lots of sourdough. I’ve designed a logo and business cards for Troels, and most recently, this tote bag.
